Conditional Access "Validating policy" freeze

Question

Hi,
Since April 22, 2021, I notice that if a Conditional Access policy has the Session setting Use Conditional Access App Control selected, when I update that specific policy, it freezes in "Validating policy" state. The policy itself while freezing is not updated either.
Regardless of the setting for "Use Conditional Access App Control" is Monitor, Block download or Use custom policy, the "Validating policy" freeze state is remained.
I did attempt to create a new CA policy without configuring Conditional Access App Control and it is successful, so it has to do something with the Conditional Access App Control setting.
My configuration for the CA as in the photo below.

I do not find any helpful article about this issue so far throughout the Internet. Any suggestion about the cause and/or the solution?

Yep - same thing here; symptoms mirror those described above. Tinkered with a couple different browsers to rule out a local issue. Probably need to raise an case with Microsoft and go through the normal process of capturing logs, answering a bunch of irrelevant questions, etc.
