missing certificates on my dashboard

I have completed MB-210 certification exam on 6 June 2020 and MB-200 certification exam on 12 June 2020. I can See my badges and transcripts on my dashboard, but I can not see my certificates. Here I am attaching the screenshot

Could you please help mw to get my certificates.
