Hi @Madhuri Kamble ,
AFAIK, it is a default scenario in Teams and SharePoint Online.
When a user is removed from a Microsoft Team, they are removed from the Microsoft 365 Group which also governs access to the SharePoint Online site. However, SharePoint Online also has it's own ACL controls via the way of direct assignment, sharing links, and SharePoint Groups (which may have the user directly added or nested via an Azure AD security group, mail-enabled security group, or Active Directory synchronized security group). Removing the user from the Microsoft 365 Group in Teams does not impact these forms of access control, thus the user may continue having access to the SharePoint Online site.
As a workaround, you have to remove the user permission manually in SharePoint Online site. Also, I advise you to share user voice to Microsoft: Microsoft Teams UserVoice. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Teams products. What's more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
