reschedule da 100 exam

I was supposed to make the exam about 3 wweks ago online and i pay via vaucher.
But the superior of the exam didn't show for more one hour when i was in the waiting room.
So in final i didn't di it. I want to reschedule now, how i do it so i wont be charged again.
