I press: CHANGE REGIONAL FORMAT
I chose: the USA or any other country
But the system keeps saying that in RUSSIA. Although my laptop has never been there.
Please help to change that to the USA, as my customers keep freaking out when they get these signatures in Russian while scheduling meetings.

Do you mean you want to change Teams meeting invitation signature’s language from Russia to English?
If so, you could try to change the language settings in your Teams client like the following picture:

You have understood me correctly and I have changed language settings in my Teams client.
But it doesn't help! My clients continue getting signatures in Russian. Even though my computer system is all in English.
I'd really appreciate any help here
Please try to follow these steps to see if it works for you:
Step1: Login to Outlook web client(https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/view/month)
Step2:Select Settings->View all Outlook settings->general, change the language to English.
Step3:Refresh the page.
Step4:Send the Teams meeting invitation to user and they will also receive the Teams signatures in English.
