AZ-900 voucher not available after cancellation of exam.

Hi All,

I recently cancelled my AZ-900 exam via Pearson Chat Support. I just cancelled it since I applied for offline mode and I had to convert it to online mode. But after cancellation, the exam voucher didn't get back into my account. I contacted Pearson again, but they suggested me to contact Microsoft for support.

Please help me with this issue.
