I suggest you go to OneDrive online to check this issue.
Then located to Registry Editor, check whether there is one of the following subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\SignIn
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\SignIn
- If yes, you may double-click SignInOptions, type 0 in the Value Data box, and then click OK.
("0" means both Microsoft Account IDs and Org IDs are allowed.) - If not, please close all Office applications including OneDrive for Business client.
Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials > select the Office credential > Remove.
Restart OneDrive for Business client to sync the team site library to check the result.
