report services wont show all tables and charts at the web report server

hi,
i using microsoft report builder Version 14.0.600.1669 (October 2017)
on SQL Express 2017 14.0.1000.169

when i run the report on the report builder, i get all the data include the charts, but when i run the report over the web report server i wont het all the tables data, and no data in the charts, what can be the problem?

    Have you purchased Advanced service? The Express version does not have SSRS.
    Where does the data source come from?
