How do I get support for Winautomation, a product produced by a company that Microsoft acquired.

My product doesn't seem to work with newer versions of Win 10. There is no way to submit a ticket that I have been able to find. When I click on the support link for Winautomation, it takes me to a Microsoft support page for Business. I'm not a business, just an individual user. The support page then has questions for me to fill out, but Winautomation is nowhere to be found on that page to get support. So I filled it out for Win 10 support instead. Wouldn't you know it. Microsoft wants me to subscribe to support services as a business. I'm an individual that purchased a product before Microsoft took ownership of it. The product now no longer works with newer versions of Windows and wants me to pay them for support. I paid a fortune for the product originally, and I'm an individual, not a business and I cant afford a support subscription, so no.

Microsoft needs to patch the product, so that we can still use it.

How do I get support? And don't refer me to the Microsoft Doc page, that solution does not work anymore.

See below for my issue:

I have 2 laptops that Winautomation will not run on. The older laptop use to run it but does not since Win 10 updated to the latest version. The other laptop is brand new and has the latest Win 10 version and Winautomation will not run on it either. I have several older computers that have older versions of Win 10 and Winautomation runs on them just fine.

When did it begin and how often does it occur? When Win 10 updated to newest version - Software will not run at all

What errors do you see? "Connecting to server, Stand by..."

What's the environment and are there recent changes? Multiple machines. Software will not work on the 2 machines running the newest version of Win 10.

What have you tried to troubleshoot this? I have followed the directions numerous times that are in "Microsoft Learn" that supposedly addresses this exact issue, but the solution given does not work.

    Hi,

Winautomation is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).

As Dave posted, you might have this asked in Power Automate Desktop forum.

    Best Regards,
    Candy
