Windows Deployment Services client functionality is being partly deprecated

When I build a Discover WDS image using the latest Insider build 21364 boot.wim, it does not function as expected but rather, displays this message and the only option is to reboot. The link to visit for more details is broken, i.e. there is nothing there but the Microsoft home page. Would someone kindly shed some light on this and perhaps what the ongoing solution to corporate image deployment of Windows 10 will be with this "partly [sic] deprecated" WDS client functionality?
