Antivirus work with Surface Pro X

Question

After we purchased Surface Pro X, it is good machine, but have to solve some challenge.
one is Antivirus.
anyone know which anti-virus could be installed and compatible with Surface Pro X?

Hi,
You won't be able to install some third-party antivirus software on a Windows 10 ARM-based PC. However, Windows Security will help keep you safe for the supported lifetime of your Windows 10 device.

Since Surface Pro X has its own anti-virus called Windows Defender, if you are not doing anything risky on the web, you should be fine with the built in, make sure smart screen is on.

Microsoft, please provide a refund on this device.
No thank you on the Surface Pro X.
A very expensive useless device from my perspective.

1. Wasted my time trying to upgrade the device to Windows Pro so that I could add it to the work domain.
2. Proprietary applications from known firewall hardware providers cannot be installed.
3. Now I find out that I cannot install the anti-virus software that I have been using on other devices.
4. What else will I find out that I cannot do?

Surface Pro X running Windows 10 and like all version of Windows 10, it already comes with Anti-Virus installed.
You may open start and search for Windows Security and you will see the status of your Anti-Virus which is Microsoft Defender.
