Hi,

Currently, we are using the Online viewer (i.e https://view.officeapps.live.com/op/embed.aspx?src=newteach.pbworks.com%2Ff%2Fele%2Bnewsletter.docx) to display Excel/Powerpoint files.

Now we have another requirement where in we need to know some information like which cell the user has clicked on (or) which slide they are on at the moment, for which we will carry out some operations.

Is there a way for this to happen using the Online viewer? We need it embedded into the page so right now we're using it through an iframe.

Thanks!

    @Akshay Hemant
    According to your description, you issue is related to the Office Web Viewer, which is not supported on Q&A forum currently, to better help you, please post a new thread on the following forum.
    Microsoft Answers Community --- Office on th Web

    As far as I know, using collaboration of Microsoft 365, you can see where collaborators are in the shared file as well as see who’s editing with you in the upper right-hand corner.

    Thanks for your understanding.
