Unable to get Autogenerate Transcript id & Access Code from Learning Dashboard

Hi Team ,

I am trying to update my AZ900 certificate in my Accenture portal it requires transcript auto generate id & Access code but I have tried with Microsoft Edge & Chrome browser it is showing me blank when I login https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx to the site & click on Transcript button

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard
