Problem while working in Msteam

From the last few days I am facing problem while working on teams. Initially it was showing that
“ The teams desktop will become incompatible with Mac OS 10.10 on June 15th. To continue using teams upgrade MacOS “

I updated Mac .
But now it’s becoming difficult to chat as can’t see videos of more that two people or three people though all the participants were having their video on at that time and after 7-8 mins it starts showing
“Performance reduced
Closing Microsoft teams May help your Mac cool down “

Please suggest where is the problem and what can be done
