How do I convert a connector to a generic email address?

I have built a form, SharePoint list, and several Power Automate flows that send emails and update the SharePoint list. Each component uses a connector on my personal email address. We need to convert this to something more generic in case there are staff changes that result in my account needing to be disabled. In addition to the connectors, we also need to modify the email logic to send emails as (ideally) the same generic ID. Do we need a licensed user account? Or are groups or distribution lists an option? This would seem to be a pretty common requirement, but I'm not finding any concise advice on how to proceed.

Thanks,
