Firstly, please try running the troubleshooter:
Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Select troubleshoot tab > under "Find and fix other problems", click on Windows Store Apps > click on run the troubleshooter and follow on-screen directions.
Next, try clearing Windows Store Cache:
Winkey + R > Type "WSreset.exe" and hit enter
Lastly, you can try reinstall Windows Store:
