Thanks for your help with this.
I tried Revo first. Its not seeing the application as installed anymore, neither is the uninstaller provided by the vendor.
Option 5 of the site you suggested looks promising. I will try that shortly.
I am still hoping that this will alert someone at Microsoft that the link in question is broken.

Upon checking on my end, it appears that the link is broken as well. If you're trying to remove a program, I suggest that you try the other ways mentioned on this article and see if it works for you:

You may also use a third party tool like Revo Uninstaller to remove the application:
