Hey All,

Is there any other page that has an active copy of this tool?

Ive used it in the past to resolve an uninstall issue.

The page works fine, but when I hit download I get a 404 error.

Can anyone provide me a working link?

Thanks,

Sam

    Hi Sam,

No worries. I hope that the article will help in resolving your issue.

I suggest to go to the Feedback Hub app so you can also report this issue to Microsoft. This is where developers process the consumer feedback: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402156...

    Have a great day!

    Hey Raniel,

Thanks for your help with this.

I tried Revo first.  Its not seeing the application as installed anymore, neither is the uninstaller provided by the vendor.

Option 5 of the site you suggested looks promising. I will try that shortly.

I am still hoping that this will alert someone at Microsoft that the link in question is broken.

Good day! I'm Raniel, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

Upon checking on my end, it appears that the link is broken as well. If you're trying to remove a program, I suggest that you try the other ways mentioned on this article and see if it works for you: https://www.digitalcitizen.life/six-ways-remove...

You may also use a third party tool like Revo Uninstaller to remove the application: https://www.revouninstaller.com/

    I hope this helps.
