Can't create new folder without admin rights

On my h drive i cant create a folder without admin rights when i try to create new folder and click on new it shows this 

How to fix .this is on my h disc when i try to copy a file from my phone it shows this 

This not my c drive this is"h" drive there was no problem till today

    I have same problem sorry for saying your reply dosent work for me windows is becoming worst after each update windows 7 was much better than this

    You can also try to create a new local admin account and logged in to it.

    If the issue does not occur in the new user account then the previous account is corrupted.
