Error while running PIP command on powershell

Please assist me to sort out the issue on the below screenshot.

The command is 100% correct because I ran it on another computer it is working.

I am wondering if i can post powershell issues here or there is another website specific for powershell problems

    Hi,

    My name is Mohammed Shuaib, an Independent Advisor and I'm here to assist you with the issue PIP command in Powershell. Please follow the below to fix the issue.

    Step 1:

    Download and Install Python for Windows

    https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python...

    Step 2:

    Right-click on Windows Powershell and select Run As Administrator

    Step 3:

    Type pip install speedtest-cli and press enter

    Let me know the status after performing the above.

    The command is 100% correct because I ran it on another computer it is working.

    As the error message says, "pip" is not a native Windows command. If it runs on another machine then you must have added it by yourself. Where does pip.exe reside on that other machine?
