Error while scheduling an exam with Pearson

Hello

I'm trying to schedule an MD-101 exam. Unfortunately I'm unable to do so, because I'm getting an error telling me that I cannot do this at this time.
I have already contacted Pearson Support and they told me you are able to register me with Pearson and activate the account.
Can you please create and activate this account for me?
