Hi,
I recently created a poll in Microsoft Outlook as i no longer have the option of voting buttons. The poll was imbedded in my email. I can see that people had responded but I can not see who. The other sites suggest going into the folder and clicking on Tracking, but i no longer have that feature. How can I see who responded?
Thanks!

I came here looking for an answer and was discouraged with the response. BUT, I kept trying things and found how to view it.

    • Select the link on the poll to View Results
    • Click the link underneath the main results box that says "Create My Own Form"
    • A new window opens and you should see the form (poll) you just created under "Recent"
    • Click to open it, then go to the Results tab and Click the More Details link to see how individuals responded

    Hi @Daly, Kelly ,

I have done a test that create a poll on my Outlook365, and I found the same result as yours. I can only see the poll results but not voters, and in https://forms.office.com/ , only the results can be found. According to my research, this may be by design.

If you indeed need to see who responded to your vote, it is suggested that you could sign in to Microsoft Forms and create a new Form, choose which kind question you want to add. After creating, you could add the link of the Form to the new email in your outlook. After filling in the form, you can select "Responses" tab on the form and click results or more detail to view the results and voters.

For more information, please refer to:

Check and share your form results

Hope the above is helpful to you. Please contact us if you have any questions!
