Recording a meeting.

Christine Bond 26 Reputation points

Hello. I have a microsoft teams account (as part of my personal Office 365 subscription). I want to record a meeting, but when I press the three dots on the relevant bar the red dot does not appear. Is recording not a facility available as part of this package?

I also have a Teams account through my work email and am therefore quite familiar with recording meetings there.

Thank you.

    Hello @Chris,

Yes, you need to meet certain pre-requisites, so that you can go for a hassle free recording to be worked in your Teams client. Please check anyone these requirements are missing as explained in the following document

    Hi ChristineBond-2011!

In my experience, the meeting organizer and the recorder must have Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, or E5 licenses.

I do not have Record a meeting on my personal Teams. How do I get that added as I would like to record a meeting?
