How to change default apps in Windows 10

When I plug in my JVC, video camera,  I want Movies & TV app to import new videos and pictures, not the Photo Viewer app or you could possibly recommend a better app for editing video.

    I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.

    I can see that you want to change the default apps in Windows 10.

    Press Windows key + I to open Settings > Apps > Default apps > select the app that you want use for Photos or Video player.

    If it's for a specific file type, click on the link Choose default apps by file type. Look for the file extension then select the app that you want to use when opening those kind of files.
