This issue might occur if you have some unsupported applications like games or any programs running in 16 Bit on the computer.
- What is the exact and complete error message you get?
- Did you make any software or hardware changes to the computer prior to the issue?
- Have you already updated the latest version of your audio device?
- When exactly do you get the error message?
After you already updated the audio devices still the same kindly follow the steps
Method 1: I would suggest you run program compatibility troubleshooter and see if that helps.
Open the Program Compatibility troubleshooter

Method 2: Post a list of the software that is installed on the computer by following the steps mentioned below
a) Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button.
b) Clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features.
