Hi
I'm looking for the default Windows 10 Admin password.
When i activated my new PC the user i created automatically became an Administrator,
Before creating another user i changed the user type to Standard - Big mistake!!!!!!
when i rebooted looks like Windows activated the Admin User which i assume by default is an Administrator.
problem is i do not know the Admin Password as i did not create that user.
i have followed different treads on the MS site and see a lot of frustrated users with similar issues. All the answers from Microsoft support seem to come form people oversees with poor or very literal grasp of English- offering no solution!!!
One way or the other i have concluded that there is a bug in Windows 10 (maybe other previous versions too) and/or Microsoft does not want to advertise the "secret" Admin password. (understandable to some extent as they may want a back door into the system
for whatever reason)
Solution for my problem would be: do not allow the only user created User to have its user type changed unless another Administrator user is created first;
Now i's stuck trying to user third party hacking software to change the password, no success yet, but if i am successful who know what other tracking/hacking/ software will have been loaded on my new PC - go the Chinese!!!!
Hopefully someone at Microsoft can off a solution other than reformatting my PC and loading windows from scratch!
