Highlighting whole error/warning line in Visual Studio

Hi,
is there a way to highlight the line of an error by changing its background? I find very hard to find error squiggles, especially when on short operators.

I'd like a way to highlight lines with warnings or errors so that they're more visible but it looks like there's no way to customize Syntax Error style other than changing the squiggle foreground color.

    Hi @Jack ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

It isn’t currently supported to change the background of the error and warning squiggle.

For your requirement, you could report it to product team engineers by selecting “Help” menu > Send Feedback > Suggest a Feedback….
Thank you for helping us build a better Visual Studio!

    Sincerely,
    Anna
