1. Which updates were installed recently?
2. Are you using a Local Account or Microsoft Account?
Meanwhile, I would suggest you to try using the on-screen keyboard and see if you’re able to login to the PC.
If you are using a Microsoft account then you can the password referring the article Change your Microsoft account password
If you are using Local Account then you can refer the article Change or reset your Windows password
Note: The article talks about resetting the PC. Resetting the PC might result in data loss. It is advised not to reset the PC if you don't have a backup of data.
