    Thank you, Dan.  This is an AMEX gift card and I've checked its validation and balance.  These have been accepted for years and all of a sudden I'm having issues.  It has cleared up for a while at times and then starts declining the gift cards; it is extremely frustrating.

    Please check if your bank still accepts this kind of payment. There could have been changes in their policies which stops any transaction using this mode of payment.
