My problem is that I can't redeem a code because I was never given one and when I go to the Microsoft Store to play RTX it says I have to buy it. I bought this Minecraft in 2014-2015. I have looked and seen other Q&A but I can't exactly solve my problem.

    Hi AstroPR,

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

The Free Minecraft offer ended on 20th April 2020 for standard Minecraft Bedrock edition where you had to manually ask for code on the Mojang site. RTX is free for those who have Minecraft Bedrock edition.

You may ask Mojang support and see if you are lucky :)

    Hope that helps.
