We had a Term store management with few parent Navigations, each parent navigation having multiple child terms(Child links).
Similarly all child links having separate respective navigation links**(Child links --> Sub child links).**

While implement this same structure as a Global Navigation in modern SharePoint Site using mega menu layout , It's showing only parent and child term details only.

Sub child links was not displayed in my current Global navigations

How to display child terms navigations (or) how to display same term sore management structure as a Global Navigation in Sharepoint modern sites.

eg: **Parent Links --> Child Links -->***Sub Child Links*****

Note: As per the above example, Parent links having Child Links & These Child links having Separate respective links.

  • Issue: Sub Child Links was not displayed in my Global Navigation.

Thanks!!
John Deo.

Per my test, all child terms within three levels will display in the global navigation with mega menu layout.

Please follow below steps to troubleshoot the issue.

1.Go to Term Store Management Tool -> Select terms of each level -> Navigation tab -> Check whether items in the "Visibility In Menus" are selected.

2.Waiting for half an hour, clear browser cache, then check whether child terms can display in global navigation with mega menu layout.

And according to the article from Microsoft the megamenu navigation layout is only available for horizontally oriented navigations and allows for a panel display of links up to three levels. Using cascading layout in the global navigation is a workaround.
