Kindly run the SFC and DISM command to repair system files
- On the search bar, type "command prompt" and select Run as administrator
- Type the following commands in order
sfc /scannow then press Enter
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /CheckHealth then press Enter
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /ScanHealth then press Enter
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth then press Enter
rundll32.exe pnpclean.dll,RunDLL_PnpClean /DRIVERS /MAXCLEAN then press Enter
- Perform a reboot once
- Try to temporarily disable your antivirus and see if you'll encounter the same issue
