Hi team.

We are WA(Win Automation) user with license. Currently we are using the 'Send Keys' function to mass send the email. The logic is that first to have WA to read the email address from an excel file, and then have WA to read the receiver list, however, WA will type the email address one character by one characeter. Since we have more than 500 users in the sender list, it is very time consuming for WA to type the receiver address one by one. We have ever change the set up of delay between keystrokes from 2 to 0, however it is still very slow.
We know we can use the email function, however, it can only input the text format but we have the rich text in our email body, and we don't have HTML background to write the rich email body. Can you advise what else we can do to implement the mass send email function by WA? Thanks.

    Hi @Jing Dai ,

I see that you have added azure-automation tag to this question but question with azure-automation tag deals about technical questions about Azure Automation, a service that enables automated creation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of resources in an "Azure" environment using a highly scalable and reliable workflow execution engine.

But looking at the term "Win Automation", I am not sure which tag fits correctly here. Generally in this Microsoft Q&A platform, Community SME's of a particular topic would review the question if it has the right or related tag.

When you say "Win Automation", if you meant this which is part of Power Automate then Power Automate is currently not supported here in this Q&A platform. The product group actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
