Payment error code 6168

Good afternoon Microsoft Team.

I am having an issue when i try to purchase the dev mode from Microsoft Partner Central, when i add my credit card information it throws me this error that forces me to change my payment method, i tried with 3 credit cards already that have enough funds and keeps showing the same error code. Its been 2 days already trying to purchase it without any luck. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Message: AADSTS50020: User account '******@outlook.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '48281916-c5dd-4fc6-9fc2-9d78c9897a27'(Microsoft Partner Center Mobile) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    So i tried to login into the partner central app and shows up this error, any ideas? This might be the problem.

    Thanks for the reply but i already tried all the above options. It's frustrating because I'm using the same credit cards linked to my xbox live account, but somehow they're not working in the partner central, so it seems theres an issue on the website or i don't know.. do i need to create a new account or is there something im missing? Thanks for the reply
