Windows 10 Cache folder with 100gb

I have a Cache Folder that just go bigger and bigger and I want to know if and how I can clear it. Normal Windows Clean Up dosent work.

    So it looks like you have Delivery Optimization enabled. This basically means your computer is maintaining the various downloads for Windows updates and storing them locally for distribution to other computers on your network. You can turn this off by going to Start > Settings > Updates & security > Delivery optimization > turn off Allow downloads from other PCs.

    Afterwards, clean up the Delivery cache: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/404170...

    I did everything you said and the Delivery cache in clean up is 0KB but the disk space is still full.

    Then navigate the the actual folder(s) and delete the contents manually and continue to monitor going forward.
