BSOD in Windows 7 related to ntoskrnl.exe

Ive been getting a lot of bsod when I load in normally to windows. Ive followed multiple tips from here already but to no avail. Ive installed BueScreenViewer to see what is my problem.. also its a stop code 0x0000001a Memory_Management
