Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics Gateway Service stuck in starting

all other domain controler are working fine but issue in one domain controller and once open the performace counter getting the error message unable to add these counter "\network interface (*) Byte total /sec"

from C:\Program Files\Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics\Gateway\Logs
check the Microsoft.Tri.Gateway-Errors.log file and Microsoft.Tri.Gateway.Updater.log

    That would explain the gateway start failure. it needs the network interface perf counter category at startup.
    you need to fix the counters.
