What to do when u have something Called Program with no pic in ur Startup apps

Hello so im just wondering if there is anyway i can figure out what This thing Called Program is with no pic in my startup apps and for some reason, its turned on Heres a pic

    Hello Greg i tried doing those but it didn't work because the Program thing is in my Startup apps in settings is there any other way ? And it didn't show up in my task manager

    Did you check if it's also in the Task Manager > Startup tab? That's where we can get to it.

    You can compare the Startup list in Settings with the one in Task manager, and also in the two other locations given in Step 4 of this checklist to control Startup programs:

    You can also install Autoruns and examine all of the startups it shows:

    By process of elimination you can determine which is the unknown Program in the Settings by finding all Startups in the other lists that are not in the Settings list, turn them all off.

    Hello greg i actually found it but when i right click on it this shows up what could i do next? :) when i right click it only lets me press disable or search online which one should i click
