Okay thanks, removed MSI and just used O365, seems to solve the problem.
Teams needs an update
We have at least 2 different on-prem enviroments, where end users must update Teams manually before they can use it. Enviroments are pretty same versions;
SCCM 2010
Windows 1909
Office 365 1908 x64.
This seems to be a common issue which I witness for last months. I did update office 365 to 2008 but it wasn't clearly solving the problem.

Do you mean that you cannot update Teams client?
Teams follows its own update process even if it is installed with Microsoft 365 apps. So, Teams will not be updated when you update Office apps.
The desktop client updates itself automatically. Teams checks for updates every few hours behind the scenes, downloads it, and then waits for the computer to be idle before silently installing the update.
Users can also manually download updates by selecting Check for updates on the Profile drop-down menu on the top right of the app. If an update is available, it will be downloaded and silently installed when the computer is idle.
If your desktop clients fall out of date, it will have an in-app alert. For more information, please refer to this article.
