If your new hardware is Ryzen-based the problem may be in motherboard. Please try to turn off all CPU power saving modes in BIOS (so called C states)

    Thank you,

    for the quick response.

The computer build is new except the power supply. But the previous build was more power hungry.

    Hi Elias,

I'm in contact with Windows developers since 1995 - as a one of the best Windows beta-testers till 2009 when program was closed, as an MVP in 2005-2017 including Windows System & Performance nomination. So I have deep enough Windows knowledge and you may trust me. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

And carefully look at motherboard and PSU for leaked or swelled up capacitors (little barrels).
