We've noticed that more users have recently reported Bluetooth anomalies, I'd like to ask you to check > "Update and Security" > "Windows Update" and then select "Check for updates". "and install the latest update package,then uninstall and reinstall the Xbox controller for a bit.I would like to ask you to check this section first and feel free to contact me if the issue has not been resolved.
