Bluetooth pairing issue "Try connecting your device again"

I have tried to pair my controllers, headphones on my pc, but it kept showing "Try connecting your device again". I had tried multiple methods, running the Bluetooth troubleshooter, start or restarting the Bluetooth Services, reconfigure the Log On settings for the Bluetooth Support Service, reinstall Bluetooth Drivers, tried to update the Bluetooth Drivers. I have also updated my Xbox controller. Tried all the methods but to no avail. Please help

    We've noticed that more users have recently reported Bluetooth anomalies, I'd like to ask you to check > "Update and Security" > "Windows Update" and then select "Check for updates". "and install the latest update package,then uninstall and reinstall the Xbox controller for a bit.I would like to ask you to check this section first and feel free to contact me if the issue has not been resolved.

You can also try the three methods mentioned in the Update your Xbox Wireless Controller | Xbox Support link to update the firmware to get the newer fixes, and if the methods in the link don't work for your device, you can click on the buttons shown below to get more professional support for your Xbox controller.
