Hi. We have a number of new Samsung Galaxy A52 phones (Android 11) which we would like to configure remotely using InTune. I know little of InTune and am looking for some basic guidance. Do we need to setup Google and Samsung accounts on the phones and if so, can this be done remotely using InTune.
NB. We use the native Samsung email client.
Thanks for your help.

A Samsung account is needed to register and enable KME and manage all Knox Enterprise entitlements in a single place. Register for a Samsung account

Google Play account isn't necessary for enrolling the device to Microsoft Intune. But, for Android device administrator enrollments, future updates to the Intune Company Portal app may require a Google Play account on the device. Google Play account isn't required when enrolling to Google Device Owner.

For step-for-step guide, see Automatically enroll Android devices by using Samsung's Knox Mobile Enrollment

    Thanks for your reply.

Does this mean that we cannot configure phones remotely with InTune alone? We must use InTune and Knox?

@AlPa1 Samsung Knox is a type of security that certain Samsung devices use for additional protection outside of what native Android provides. To check if you have a Samsung Knox device,> go to Settings > About device. If you don't see Knox version listed there, you have a native Android device. See:
