Computer lock screen

Question

Hey today suddenly when i turned my computer on, on my lock screen my background photo was gone and instead there was a file looking thing with a white background. And now when i try to click or type something on my lockscreen, my screen turns black. Did i get a virus or does it have something to do with my graphics driver

nevermind! i shut down my laptop a couple times and everything was fixed! thank you for your help.

sorry but I am unable to restart, i am stuck on my lock screen, unable to sign in, and if i click a key, the screen goes black

Are there any recent changes on your computer prior to the issue? Let's try to restart (not shutdown) your computer 4 times, let it reach your sign-in screen before the next restart and check if it fixes the issue. Sometimes, a simple restart can fix the issue.
