Microsoft's hot shots are not interested in answering technical questions. They are not interested in fixing product defects. They intend to advance their subscription business model. I asked a technical question on this modern web site. (Modern in the sense that it replaces TechNet and Forums which are old hat according to those who should know. They don't. ) The result was an error message. Yes, indeed. Microsoft's stock price is up! I hate to ruin their birthday party happiness. But I'm trying to write a computer program and I need a better understanding of Microsoft technology to finish it. The root cause of my difficulty is the low quality documentation. It exists, yes. It is incomplete. No help here at Q&A.
