How to change language of Visualstudio Installer and get rid of unwanted language pack

We are facing some issues with the installer of a VSTO Plugin Project we are building.
The installer of our plugin somehow shows in German language (our main developer is a German and developing from Germany) and the installer also wants to install the German language pack.
We would like the installer to show in English and not require the German language pack to be installed but we can not find the settings where to change this. Any support or tips would be highly appreciated.
