my outlook client has an archive folder ,everytime i delete it will appear soon later. So what can i do to delete ever ?

As michev said, the archive folder is a system folder and there is no option to remove it.
May I ask what is the reason you would like to delete it?

That's a "system" folder, even if you delete it, it will be recreated. There is no "supported" way for removing it.
