    Hello,

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting to the community.

Based on your description, do you have any frequency or voltage adjustments (like overclocking or undervoltage) set on any components in the system or BIOS? If there is, please revert such adjustments, and see whether the issue persists. If you are unsure, you can also try resetting BIOS settings to default values. Since the procedure differs among motherboard manufacturers, please refer to the user manual for details.

If the issue persists, the "locks" may be caused by blue screens without showing the blue screen. Please open file explorer->This PC->C drive->Windows->minidump, and check whether there are DMP files. If there is, please upload them to a file-sharing service, and provide the sharing link for our analysis.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Best Regards,

Johann - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
