Hello! I keep getting a error code message on my Bluetooth that causes it to disconnect. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, restarting my computer, checking for windows updates and those all work but only temporarily. Could someone be able to give me a permanent solution to this?

Check out the Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and LE Enumerator. Those should be there unless you know of a reason they are not. Those are basic Windows devices and normally install if needed. Maybe try rebooting and they would show up.

See if you can find drivers for the two unknown devices. If they are well known, it might see something. Also, check Windows updates for optional updates which may be waiting. What do you show under Network Adapters as far as Wi-Fi? You should see a Wi-Fi card of some type. Those will normally also do the Bluetooth.

I dont have many devices that are Bluetooth only 2. My headset but that has to connect to a USB or the xbox controllers. When this issue happens my headset stays connected its just the xbox controller that disconnects. I tried looking into those but im not sure what they are and my computer doesn't have any drivers for the.

It isn't very often that you only see one device listed under Bluetooth. You might check for more drivers. Maybe that is why you have so many unknown devices with the yellow triangle (yellow bang).

Hi Reza! This started a couple days ago while I was playing a video game called The Finals. I did not install the latest version from the website. I let windows update automatically and find the reinstallation. I have checked for updates on my device manager multiple times and it has said its the latest version.

    Since when this problem started?

Did you install the latest version from your device's manufacturer website?
