how to resolve Script Error?

Question

I have this message popped up many many times and I have tried all the things which have been recommended on the internet and tried to resolve this problem from internet explorer settings but none seems to work and after that as a last resort I tries to disable/uninstall internet explorer from programs and features but after doing that also the message keeps on displaying itself on the desktop. this is becoming very irritative. so, please help to resolve this problem.

As for the time I have no idea when it did started as it happens randomly and not shows up every time for example for one session of woking on windows it may not appear but for other time it may appear 6-7 times and its pattern is random.

As, I have said in the posrlt that for now I have uninstalled or disabled internet explorer from programs and features.

No, there is no perticular site in which it will show up as ot shows up randomly or if it is the case then I may not have noticed it because it does not immediately appear on my screen but when I click to see desktop then it appears.
