1.Do you mean both remoteapp and full desktop session cannot be accessed?
2.Where's your remoteapp published from , C: or D: drive?
3.Have you tried publish a new Remoteapp and login as the same user ?
4.Login as admin or a different user account , and see if the issue persist?
5.Check the properties of the remoteapp and see the user assignment:
