Generic Audio Driver not fixed
Hello,
I have exactly the same problem described here, only that I didn't update to Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Everything else seems to be the same. I did what is advised on the link. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the audio drivers. It didn't help.
Somewhere I read that one could try updating the BIOS. Before I try that, I would like to ask what should be the next most reasonable step. Can we somehow find what is the most probable cause of the problem and the most relevant solution about that?
Sincerely
